HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

All orders are reviewed & processed at our fulfillment center in Beijing China. Each order will ship within 1-2 business weeks & detailed tracking info will be provided once the item is shipped.

You can track your order(s) by referring to the shipping confirmation email. You can also use the "Track Your Order" tab & enter the required information.

Our popular products may be delayed during certain times of the year. We will do our best to update our you & provide detailed updates. Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than originally expected.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are received within 2 weeks of original purchase. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please note that we are providing specialty products & our shipping speeds are not designed to compete with traditional retailers.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team. We are focused on building valuable relationships & believe in the power of transparent communication.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please email us as soon as you can to make possible modifications. We can only update your order if it has not been fully processed. We will reach out to our fulfillment team & attempt to make the requested updates. We cannot cancel an order after it has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
